Must have been in a non updated room. Most doors are card key but mine was turn key. No phone or amenities. Pictures on website does not look like this room. Bathroom was very out dated and very dirty!!! Holes in the walls. Bed was obviously broken due to the noise when set on. Holes in the blanlets. Did metion to office about lack of towels and toilet paper. They apologized due to new house keeping. I cant say i wouldn't recommend this location but hope they update all rooms.

No microwave, no hair dryer, curtains frayed and hanging off rod . Got to room TV playing??? door lock work once in a while Checked out clearly and refused a refund for unused nights. Manager spoke broken English Would not recommend

sorry for Inconvenient caused during at your stay. management decide to put microwave in common areas only and we have next to ice machine. hair dyer you can get from front desk. lock issue maintenance team can resolve right away unless if related to part issues. Manager is Lindsey hammock. the person you talked is night shifter person. we hope you give us another chance for your future stay. and extremely sorry for inconvenience.

The hotel was what we expected for the price. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the mattress was very hard.

What a dump. That being said you have to have some pretty low expectations for the price. Drafty room,mildew in the shower, noisy hot water boiler that sounded like a jet engine, can hear people’s conversations plain as day in the next rooms. The list goes on and on. The only positive thing I can say is it has hot water.

Guests booking with Hotels.com do not get the top rate rooms anyway but our room was not good. Plugs stopped working and we couldnt open the curtains at all. The one good thing was there was laundry facilities

Run down and needed updating, even though we were told we had one of the newer rooms. Ran out of TP and there was no extra roll in the room. The motel also has "guests" by the week which were questionable. My partner went to the store and they thought we had left, and the came into my room while I was still in bed. Couldn't get the TV to work and they had to come work on it. Overall not a good stay.

The motel was nice but dated and clean. Older fixtures. parking spots right outside your door. No breakfast. Coffee maker in room.

Clean, Friendly, Ideal for Overnight stay.
We needed a pet friendly room for 1 night as we were enroute to a luncheon on Saturday. This worked out great for us, they had the heat on when we arrived and even got us an extra blanket when we asked for it. Great economy motel for an overnight stay.

Very nice
Very nice. The owner was kind and helpful. She had the Libby decorated nicely. Our only problem with the place was the noice. The highway beside the motel is busy and very, very loud. But there isn’t much the owners could do about that. I would definitely still recommend this place.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The TV didn't work and you could only open the door partly. The property was obviously remodeled, they replaced flooring but didn't take the 30 minutes needed to plane yhe bottom of the door so it would open fully. Sad too, that initial first impression can ruin all the good work that had been done. It was a good stay though!

The rooms were recently renovated and were clean and roomy and nice overall. However, there were several minor issues that took away from the clean room. No hairdryer, the door to the room only opened about halfway (due to the new flooring), the remote to the TV wasn't programmed and you had to go to the TV to turn it on/off or change the volume, only 2 pillows on a king size bed, lack of charging stations or outlets on the night stand, ice machine not working.

Worst Hotel-No Vacancy!
Got to the hotel around 2:30 am after droving for 12 hours just to find out we didn't have a room. There was no vacancy due to giving our room to another individual. Went in to find out how to get ny money back. We was told that it wouldn't come off our card. Well surprise it came off the following morning. Hotel would not refund us our money. We ended up having to sleep in our car with our two kids and our dog and pay for a hotel room for 2 days that we did not stay in it and go home a day early. Worst place ever.

Only Game in Town
We went to the area not hike in Big South Fork State Park. The Royal Inn was the only hotel I could find in Oneida. We just needed a place to spend the night close to the Big SouthFork Bandy Creek trail head. It was fine for what we needed.

Don't stay there!
We booked through Hotels.com after looking at the reviews, some good, some bad which is normal for most motels. Some people have to complain about everything! When we got to the property we were told that there was no heat in the room (king bed) that we booked and I was told there was a room available with two doubles but it had no heat either. The girl working called someone and was told that if we kicked the heater or took the front off and jiggled the wires, it might work. Since i paid for the room and there is only one motel in town, we jiggled the wires and got the heater to work for a while. She was a great help, but I could tell she was really embarassed about the whole thing. We then went out to eat with some friends and when we got back we were surrounded by noise. The concrete block walls between the rooms amplified the screaming kids next door, the front window and door offered the same experiance. It seemed everyone in town with no muffler on their trucks came to visit the motel. This lasted until 3 am. After 2 hours of bad sleep I got up to take a shower and could not because the water went from scalding to ice cold in seconds, I finally gave up and went to watch TV, but it did not work either. I could tell it was plugged in because I was able to follow the orange extension cord that was screwed to the wall from an outlet behind a bed and up and over the front window and door to behind the TV. I know the owner is trying to fix up the place, but?
