Their friendliness really added to the overall experience. One concern during my stay was the hotel layout. The guest room area is directly connected to the lobby, and the elevators can be accessed without any key card or restrictions. This lack of controlled access may affect the overall sense of safety and privacy for guests."

"I chose this hotel having been informed that the property had recently been renovated but was disappointed with the general decor and workmanship. I paid a little bit more for upper floor and river view and the view from the room was grand. The hotel location is however excellent "

"The location of hotel is convenient to shopping and eating but getting there take a bit longer because most of the traffics in the areas are ONE way streets and taxis has to loop around instead of a straight line. Fortunately the taxi fare is cheap. "
