35 Fairview Apt 1 - Totally renovated in 2026, with some projects still being completed. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st-floor apartment is great for a small group looking for convenient and economical lodging. A short walk from all downtown Oneonta has to offer...Shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a live music venue, and boy oh boy are there pizzerias. A sprawling City Park is also in walking distance with basketball courts, sports fields, a skate park and even Historic Damaschke Field, home of Oneonta Outlaws, our local collegiate summerball team.
This 1st-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with Queen beds and SmartTVs, a kitchen with dishwasher, dining nook, and a full bathroom with shower. Relax in the large living room with comfortable couches and its own Smart TV. There is also a shared laundry area available for use by both Apt #1 and #2.
