My child got sick the day we were supposed to check in, with flu and vomiting. Stressful enough while going in college tours. This Hotel would not refund my money and manager was quite rude on the phone. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t understand emergencies happen.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was our first time staying here as we usually stay at the Courtyard next door. This was just as nice if not nicer.
