There is a lovely yard with a fire pit and a beautiful creek for fishing or just enjoying the view. The owners were very communicable and made sure to do everything to make our stay comfortable."

"Location is convenient to Cooperstown, NY. House is spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family with children. They were very kind to allow our pets to stay. Communication is good. However, if you are sensitive to odors, beware that water comes from a well and has a strong sulfur smell coming out from the faucets. Also, there is a bit of a fly problem."
