"Just returned from a brilliant week in this villa. We were so impressed with it. We have rented many villas over the years but it was by far the best. It is so well equipped, was absolutely spotless and perfect for families. We had 5 kids with us ranging in age from 2 to 8 and it was perfect for them as it's all on the one level and the property is completely secure with a fenced off pool. "We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"Excellente situation près de la plage et des commerces utiles. Globalement demeure vaste aux généreuses commodités appréciables.Pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée, ni oral ni autrement. Idem à la sortie. Propreté cuisine moyenne : compartiment congélation non nettoyé avec croûte de glace sur 2cm et reliquat de sacs congelés adhérents.Ustensiles cuisine : 2 casseroles non induction, 1 casserole sans queue amovible en état, «  ne tient pas », moule à tarte métallique HS, grands couteaux de...

"Located close to the beach, this house was simply perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 smaller kids. As every room had its’ own bath, keeping a certain level of privacy with a large group wasn’t a problem at all. The pool and the patio were a perfect spot to cool down from a hot day on the beach. Even the walk to the vibrant center of Mimizan didn‘t take long. The owners were super friendly and ready to help at any time. We really enjoyed the stay and will come back again for sure."

"Das Haus ist prima zu erreichen, supersauber, und in wunderbar ruhiger Lage, obwohl Supermarkt, Bäcker und Tankstelle gleich um die Ecke sind. Komfortabel eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da, Einrichtung neuwertig und modern, die Beleuchtung in Haus und Garten ganz besonders attraktiv (Poolbeleuchtung) , der Garten wunderbar gepflegt und die Terrasse ein Traum.
