"Wonderful cottage - perfect base on the island for my son and me. Well equipped and very clean. I had to chase up arrival instructions (there was no reply to my message on the Vrbo app), but think they had been sent and I just hadn’t received them. I appreciated the personal welcome email and my query about heating was answered promptly (maybe instructions on how to adjust the aircon/heating could be added to the cottage information?) Also would be good to point out the nearby path down to Onetangi Beach (we only came across this by accident). Thanks for a great stay! :)"

"Had a fantastic time and magic location. Comfy beds etc. Definitely pleased we bought a 4WD. There were SUPS that looked like they could be used by guests (not locked) - would have bought wetsuits if we had known. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all!"

"House was gorgeous. Suited our family perfectly. The location was great and we loved all the native birds and had a visit by the local family of Weka. Driveway wouldn’t be suitable for a two-wheel vehicle as very steep and we struggled getting out with an all-wheel. May be easier in summer. "
