The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Unfortunately he wasn't able to dine in because he felt that the menu was quite confusing. But thankfully there were plenty of restaurant options in the area. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a stay in Asaba especially for those that are used to western style comforts, 24/7 light, hot water, and its also really close to the airport with roundtrip transport available. Because I book hotels frequently on Hotels.com I used a credit for a discount on my clients stay but he said it is very well worth the starting price for the quality of the hotel"
"My checking experience was horrible. The AC units were faulty, I had to be moved 4 times before getting a good working AC unit after 8hrs. Furthermore the food was quite poor.The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, except the IT guy that was quite rude. Management needs to improve the units and fumigate frequently; because there were a bunch of mosquitoes. "
