"外観はとても良いですが、中身が伴っていません。部屋には虫が何匹もいて、清潔感にも不安を感じました。ホテルとして快適に過ごせるレベルではなく、家族旅行にはおすすめできません。今回は立地を期待して那覇ではなくこちらを選びましたが、完全に失敗でした。日帰りで施設を利用する程度ならいいかもしれませんが、宿泊目的であればおすすめできません。駐車場が無料で広いこと以外は、特に良いと思える点はありませんでした。もう利用することはないと思います。"

"Old place and very hard to find. We found directions when google reccomended 'places nearby' somehow the directions on Expedia kept sending us to the wrong place. Its quite close to Pizza in the Sky so we kept using that as our GPS reference point. The host was very nice lady and the view from the patio is incredible. Again very old and a little dusty but so charming. Just dont expect to be able to walk to konbini after dark. Nothing close by you will need rental car for sure."

"I wonder why no one left reviews, this is the best hotel during my trip in Okinawa, this hotel (technically, it's not a hotel, there's only one suite :P), the host is very friendly, she even took care of my car when we left car window open, I didnt know how long she waited, I feel so sorry about that... "A great resort in a beautiful location. The rooms are spacious and the beach and pools stunning. The orchid pool can be very crowded and the wait for restaurants very long when the resort is near capacity. For breakfast, you can choose between three restaurants. The buffet at House Without A Key features quite a lot of Okinawan produce and dishes. The Japanese set breakfast (no extra cost) and kaiseki dinner at Aomi were superb."

"Let’s start off with the beauty that is the hotel! From the lobby, to the pool, to the rooms, and restaurants, it’s absolutely breathtaking. You walk into your room and they are amazing. You’ve got your bed area, kitchen area, living room area, and your balcony. It’s clean and has all the tools and accessories you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. They clean your room every other day and it’s like walking back into it for the first time, EVERY TIME. You walk onto your balcony for a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean. Even your front doors have an amazing view of the tree line. The hotel was quiet, even with neighbors, and the staff were very nice, helpful and respectful. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the price was definitely worth the stay. The Hiyori was a great choice to stay and deserve return stays! Oh! And the hotel has restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner but they are extra cost; delicious food too!"

"The pool needs redoing and area around the pool floor needed painting. The gym was too small and hot. The Executive lounge was amazing and staff was the best. Our suite view was spectacular and loved our room. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Just a bit far from everything tho. The restaurant food was too expensive. The valet girls were the best."

"Breakfast warning: you must order your scrambled eggs at the eggs station, where only one chef is responsible for the entire room. When you finally receive your eggs, the coffee you also need to request from a waiter will be cold. This minor oversight makes the experience rather disappointing, especially considering the variety and quality of the buffet."

"My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a little older but lovely. The staff are so nice and helpful. We got an ocean view room with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the beach, outdoor pool and indoor pool. My infant daughter enjoyed playing in the kids room. There also was free parking included for our rental car. We enjoyed the Hawaiian dancing at night and delicious food. My family and I made wonderful memories here. We would love to come back someday! 😍"
