Summary:
Whether travelling solo or with a companion this is a perfect place for you. Ideally situated where everything is just with reach. 6- minutes walk from the station, restaurants and convenience store are around the area. Shopping District and Senkoji is just a few kilometers away. The apartment is equipped with all you basic needs. Toiletries are provided during your stay. Amenities and service are of hotel standard.

The Space:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Access to the entire apartment. No sharing with another guest.

Please note the building do not have Lift/Elevator

Sleeping Arrangement:

1 Double bed (Sleeps 2 adults)
1 single-sized sofa bed (Sleeps 1 adult)

A total of 3 adults can sleep comfortably.

Hotel quality of all my amenities. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. WIFI Available. You can enjoy watching TV with your family and friends.

20 mins ride via bus to Senkoji

Other Things to Note:
Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM.
Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No Pets allowed

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Security Camera:
The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self-check-in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotels and a short-term rental license for each host.
