"We stay in this beautiful old (with modern amenities) hotel, which we certainly hope has protected landmark, status every Christmas when we come to Syracuse to visit family. We love it. Staff is superb and always welcoming and helpful… and really go above and beyond. This morning after an enormous overnight snowstorm, we were astonished to discover that our car parked in the hotel parking lot was ready to drive because someone from the staff had already cleaned off all the snow. Nothing but good vibes in this place!"
"I had a great stay at Embassy Suites. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary drinks at the bar were a nice bonus and really added value to the stay. Most of all, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
