"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though. Communication with the agency was a disaster. After I reserved the object, I was directed to their web page via email to provied more data and pay the tax. However, the...

"Very nice hotel. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very large and nice. Essentially an apartment. The hotel has a couple of restaurants we did not make it to and a cool bar with a great view. There is a train station pretty close by, but you do need to go up and down a big hill to get to anything if walking."

"I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center."
