"Had a great stat at Osprey Nest. House was perfect for our family and college reunion gatherings. Had plenty of room for 25 guests and there was a lot to do - loved taking the golf cart down to the beach and evenings by the fire pit. Brian was very responsive to our questions and would definitley stay here again"

"We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape."

"Incredible vacation spot! The house was perfect for our 2 families with kids. We all were so comfortable in the 5 bedrooms. The kitchen was beautiful with everything you could need and looked recently renovated. Sitting on the screened in porch after the kids went to bed was amazing. We loved swimming right in front of the house at high tide. It is the most perfect location in Onset. You can walk out the front door for a swim or go on a paddle board. It is an easy walk to town for food, coffee, or a summer concert. We definitely would like to return! Communication with the host was so easy and prompt. 5/5 stars!"

"We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling with family or a large group. It comfortably accommodated multiple generations of our family, with plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained.Inside, the home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve experienced, with plenty of cookware, utensils, spices, and everything we needed to prepare meals together. There was ample seating indoors, making it easy for everyone to gather comfortably.The outdoor space is where this property truly shines. The large, private yard is peaceful and quiet, yet still just a short drive from town for restaurants and shops. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus, as our dogs had plenty of room to safely run and play alongside the kids. There were activities for every age, including a golf driving range, wiffle ball, horseshoes, tetherball, and plenty of open space for everyone to enjoy. We also loved the outdoor seating areas, hammock, fireplace, and grill, which made spending time outside one of the highlights of our trip.The location was another huge plus. The beach was only minutes away, and having access to the beach pass made our beach days even easier.The host was wonderful friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Overall, this was an amazing experience. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time. We would happily stay here again."

"This location and unit was so great!! We loved everything about it, the place was so spacious and well stocked. We loved that we could bring our dog, traveled with 4 teenagers who all had their own space. The accommodations were so perfect! Great deck to sit on at night, Marc Anthony’s pizzeria is right on sight in the same block- anything you need is within walking distance! Great ice cream place (Nana’s) Fried Dough was unbelievable at Marc Anthony’s! The beach was perfect- great area to walk our dog(no dogs on the beach though)- full kitchen as we made dinner and breakfast- everything needed to cook with is in that kitchen, a dishwasher and a small washer and dryer to wash the towels etc! Such a great set up for a perfect little vacation or to stay a week or two if that’s what you want! We loved the living room as it felt like home at night- and so much room to spread out! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet beach spot for a larger family with a dog! FYI most places in this area is cash only. But no worries- ATM’s are available. We absolutely LOVED our stay- and the host Carolyn was great! She is very responsive to any questions/ concerns. She really knows what people need while traveling! If I could give 10 stars -I would!!! Loved it so much!"
