Rochester is 20 minutes to the West with plenty of shopping and entertainment, restaurants galore, museums, and theaters. The property is newly renovated with a large garage that can be used for indoor boat storage.

Spacious, well-appointed apartment!
My husband and I stayed for a weekend to visit our daughter, a freshman at RIT. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. The kitchen all of the equipment we needed. Everything was brand new, sparkling clean, comfortable, and in good working order. My husband especially enjoyed being able to park the car in the garage and out of the weather. There's a lovely view of a pond where we could see geese floating by. We enjoyed the quiet, rural setting to recharge and appreciated the nearby Tops grocery store. The property is also close to several interesting hiking areas.

We are from the area, and it was great being home. The exterior was a bit dark coming in after dark, but the place was exactly as is shown on the site. The stairs into the place was a bit more than expected but the garage was massive and gave outstanding security. Will return.

Perfect!
Absolutely loved everything about the place. The owners did a fantastic job with the renovations. For us, this worked out great. We were on a motorcycle trip and were able to park our bikes in the garage, out of the weather. The apartment and all it had to offer was a perfect fit for our needs. I highly recommend staying here. I will be booking it again for next year's trip!

Great stay!
Property was easy to get in to and we loved the oversize garage for parking. The house was clean, organized, and had pretty much everything we needed during our stay. It was obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into what guests might need and what would entertain kids. My 4-year-olds loved all the books, colors, games and activities available to them during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
