Very small room, motel style, but it had a TV and a comfortable bed which was all I was worried about. The shower was quite small, so I didn't use it. While I didn't bring my pet with me, I did notice they had a pet area out front for them to do their business.

This 2 story motel was misrepresented on everything. The room is a poorly remodeled paint and flooring done type fix up. Instead of actually rewiring they just put a ton of extended cords for everything. Even the bathroom light had wires exposed. The door must be the original it wasn't sealed you can see light coming through and they still had the old bolt with just the added key card doorknob. The shower was extremely small. If you just need something to get by it's okay a little sketchy according to locals drug area but close to stores. Room was clean enough. Outside just constantly smelled like dog poop. The outside area was just dirty not clean looking like the hanging flower photo. Hotels.com review won't let me add photos.

Quality Inn shares the property with Rodeway. To take advantage of amenities travelers have to use the QI facility across a parking lot. This is not how the property is described. The room itself was small. Two people or a larger sized guest would have trouble fitting in the bathroom area. The room was situated under a staircase which I anticipated would be noisy, and the room was in very used condition. The sheet had a rubbed or flawed spot clearly visible. As a result of my dissatisfaction I was moved to the QI facility which met all my needs. The staff was more than accommodating and I wish that a more accurate description of the properties would have been given by Hotels.com.

So close ……. And yet, so far

Curtains too long making them really dirty, although you could tell the bedding was washed and clean it as also riddled with stains that probably won’t come out. Floor wasn’t vacuumed, sink was a little dirty there were holes in the wall from paintings that didn’t exist anymore the hvac was pointed straight at the desk blocking the air to move freely. The room had a funk in the air. The fridge wasn’t as clean as it could be. Toilet and shower were clean and there were new toiletries, the toilet paper and towels were folded nicely and the towels were clean but I was grossed out enough by the rest of the room that I decided to sleep on top of the bedding (I had my own pillow and a spare blanket in my car from camping the days before) … I ended up not using the shower, I just wanted out when I woke up. I did book it the day of, checked in at 1am, it was cheap and there was breakfast included which was nice. The desk people were friendly and helpful. Honestly, the amount of effort to make this a place I would come back to time and time again is not a lot. Good location right off the highway, breakfast, little doggie area with poop bags, pool and it’s super affordable. The cleaning staff could probably use a raise and shown some appreciation so that they care enough to spend a couple more minutes in the room making sure that the appreciation they feel is transferred to the guest.

I checked in at night and when I opened my room door and stepped inside I tripped over a cord that was stretched across the bottom of the door. An ozone machine was plugged in and sitting on the dresser on the right side of the door and plugged in on the left side. I called the front desk to tell him and he just told me to put the machine outside the door. The shower is less than 30"
