"Elevator is gross, tried to send me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, a big group of kids were staying there and their chaperones were NOT doing their job, kept me up all hours of the night making noise. No one was at the front desk at 4am to get a transfer to the airport, had to call out and just wait for someone to come up front. Bathtub floor had a cover over it, was too scared to lift it up to look under it. "

"Front desk clerk very professional and helpful. Old place with renovations. Clean, non smelling rooms. Dim lit entryways, felt a little non safe. But all encounters were positive ones. Location a bit set back from main traffic areas in industrial complex. Very convenient to all nearby. "
