I didn’t like that you have to pay $8.00 shuttle fee to get back to the airport

My husband and I stayed there for 11 nights. On the last night we had a death in the family. We would be away from the hotel for a few nights and wanted to rebook for one more night. Understandably since it was only a few days out, they indicated that a room type similar to the one we had was not available but there was an upgrade for almost double the price. I had explained that there was an unexpected death. I would have hoped that after staying 11 days they would have offered us the upgrade for the same price as we had been paying. They did not. What was a wonderful stay, friendly staff, great room, lovely hotel, we left disappointed.

This place has had 2 car thefts in the last few months
