"A beautiful hotel with great staff and gorgeous setting. The river-view suites are HUGE, and our kids loved the pools & amenities. Howler monkey calls and toucans, and gorgeous river views. "

"Clean fun bungalows with nature outside so you don’t feel like you are in the city, but it’s close to town. The walk to the market and restaurants is only 5 mins. Water refill in the lobby and excursions pick you up at the hotel easily. Staff is nice as well. "

"The property situated in a serene area. Rooms are clean. Our room was facing the river. Amities are all close by. Food was amazing. It was trolling to watch birds coming to the feeder when we ate breakfast next to it.River tubing was fun. The staff was so kind enough to do the camp fire at night just for our group. We had the best guide for our horse back riding. He was very knowledgeable and had the most patience to deal with inexperienced people like us. We had the best time at here! Definitely recommend "

"We weren't offered a bottle of wine, which is very discouraging since we were VIPs, and we only realized after we checked out and saw another couple being asked if they'd like one. Carlos, the security guard was great though and went above and beyond for us, very grateful for him though."
