Sunshine Motel and Cabins
10/10 Excellent
"Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. That night they had a cookout for the the guests of the motel. Later they had a camp fire for anyone to sit by. Across the road was a path to walk to Lake Superior. It is an older motel but very well maintained. Our room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay."

Lakeside Lookout 3 Bedroom
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was filled with wonderful memories, and the location truly made the experience! The views were absolutely beautiful, the home was incredibly spacious, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Communication with the host was also fantastic! While I'm giving this property five stars for the location, space, communication, and memories we made, I do want to share a little constructive feedback. The home could have been cleaner upon arrival, as we found ourselves wiping down counters. We also wished we had some window cleaner to clean the windows overlooking that incredible view! While the home was spacious and functional, I wouldn't necessarily describe it as cozy. It was fairly basic, and a few simple touches like throw blankets, games, and warmer decor would have made it feel more inviting.Overall, the location, beautiful surroundings, spacious accommodations, and great communication made this a memorable getaway. With a little extra attention to cleanliness and comfort, this property could be truly exceptional!"
