"Got bitten by bed bugs found them in the bed the next day"

"We stayed in the Garden Room, in mid May. The room is very rustic and while it would be great for a stay in spring or summer, we were very happy to only be there one night. It was comfortable (great bed) but very cold. I would suggest looking very closely at the photos on the website, and perhaps staying in a room in the house if you have a couple of nights in Yass."

"All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Parking is provided. Little packets of biscuits to have with a cup of tea or coffee were appreciated. There is a kitchenette including a microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as a lovely onsite restaurant. We have stayed here twice in the last few months and will stay there again the next time we are visiting Yass."

"I had a wonderful stay, the room was very comfortable and what was provided exceeded expectations. The host was very friendly and helpful, and it is a great property with views and beautiful animals to enjoy. I would have loved to have more time there to explore and just enjoy the nature. I hope to visit again!"

"Kathleen and Ken provided a wonderful farm stay experience for my young family, with lots of interactions with the animals all over the farm, all day, everyday. We also enjoyed freshly laid eggs from the chickens and cooked yabbies we collected from the nets in the dams. Also, fruit picked straight from the orchards ourselves. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and allowed us to cook our meals each day when we wanted to. I've done alot of travel around the world, and it was genuinely one of the most favourite holidays ever, just a simple, natural way to reconnect with as a family out of our busy day to day lives. Thanks Kathleen and Ken, we will be back!"
