Rustica is a charming two-story cabin home close enough to reach the city and far enough that you'll forget it exists. Self check-in and keyless entry mean your escape starts the moment you arrive.

The space
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The first floor holds a queen bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a full bath; upstairs offers a second queen room, and a third bedroom with two double beds and a walk in closet sharing a second bath.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the solid wood dining table offers a place for everyone to share a meal. When the day winds down, sink into the reclining couches, stream your favorite shows on the 65" TV, or let the stone fireplace do the talking.

Furthermore, Rustica now comes with a foosball table and a ping pong table, perfect for family game nights, friendly tournaments, or just burning off energy.

The wraparound deck and porch are built for lingering, equipped with rocking chairs, a porch swing, patio dining, and a fire pit for evenings under the trees. High-speed Wi-Fi means you can disconnect from the noise without disconnecting from work, if you need to.

The Driveway
Rustica sits on a hill, with an inclined driveway and a sloped path leading from parking to the cabin and deck. Please review every photo closely as this layout may not suit young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility limitations. Reach out with questions anytime; we'd rather you ask beforehand than arrive to a home that isn't the right fit.

Pets are warmly welcome (up to 2, fees apply).

On-site EV charging available for $10/day.

Lastly, Rustica is meant to be a genuine retreat for families, couples, remote workers, and anyone craving a quiet place. In return, we simply ask that you treat it with the same care you'd want shown to your own home.

Guest access
- You'll have full access to the cabin, wraparound deck/porch, and parking area for the length of your stay.
- The structure at the top of the driveway is a private storage building and not part of this listing.
- For your safety, please admire the surrounding forest from the deck rather than exploring it.

- Weekly and monthly stays come with meaningful discounts, and bookings of 28+ nights are tax-exempt per Tennessee short-term rental law.
- Please note, for stays of 14+ nights, guests take on cabin cleaning, laundry, kitchen cleaning, toiletries, and firewood restocking; this keeps monthly rates as low as possible while keeping the home guest-ready.
