"This is a gem! Fantastic value for money as far as I am concerned. Beautiful room, great restaurant menu and on Saturday they have a DJ liven up their cocktail bar. Free parking on sundays, easy parking in the near vincinity. They welcome pets for a reasonable fee and the staff was super welcoming. They have recently opened and are super aware of some minor issues, but they adrewsed them perfectly. I also found out that De Bij, in the past, was called De Mug, which was my elderly mum’s favorite hangout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! "

"Wat een prachtig hotel. Heel erg mooi ingericht met een duidelijke verwijzing naar de geschiedenis. Geweldig personeel. Enkelen van hen zijn het hospitality vak aan het leren en dat is alleen maar te prijzen omdat je ziet dat ze hun stinkende best doen. De keuken is op hoog culinair niveau. Echt een aanrader."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. We chose this hotel as it’s in a quiet area, as I unfortunately have stage 4 Cancer, so wanted somewhere where we could rest and relax. This place definitely fitted that. The food is also amazing, as are the staff. The staff were all very helpful and were very accommodating, especially as we don’t speak fluent Dutch. We are already planning our next stay at Christmas! Cannot wait to return. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. "
