"The house is very comfortable. Kara the property manager was extremely responsive. We were very lucky and had the perfect weather and days on the river. We brought our own kayaks, made s’mores, ate all meals on the screened-in porch, and one night out at the Crazy Crab. We used the gas grill on the other nights. The boys used the outdoor shower and the girls used the inside shower. Made it easier for sharing one bathroom and keeping it clean. The outdoor hammock was also a nice place to relax!...

"We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. "

"We stayed for our Thanksgiving this year, Wednesday-Saturday. It was splendid. The house is charming, highly comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the housen is breathtaking, and there is so much yard space to enjoy outdoor activities, including the swing set up right on the tree by the back porch. My kids loved the swing! "The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly."

It’s always an adventure with two little kids but we found that this home had everything we needed, as well as amenities conveniently nearby for food or anything we forgot to bring with us. Water was calm enough most days for our 6 year old to paddle around, the dock is a lovely spot for a picnic, and all around we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!"
