"Unfortunately, the heating took a few days to warm up the house. The power kept tripping when we tried to use the space heaters in the bedrooms. Very frustrating to have to keep going to the fuse box to turn the power back on. The owner was lovely but the company “Little City Group” who manages the property are hard to deal with.We have a baby and really needed heating but they were slow to communicate with us and offered a partial refund which we haven’t seen yet despite my emails to them. It’s been over 2 weeks. The house itself was really lovely though. We enjoyed the beach nearby. "

"Property was exactly as advertised. Absolutely amazing views as soon as you walk in the front door. Easy access to property and no issues with the operation of anything. Very seamless visit. Easy 15-min drive to Hobart CBD and all other tourist locations."

"There was 6 of us that stayed in the house. Very roomy and the boys loved the pool table area. The water view was stunning and house was big enough for the 6 of us to move freely. Highly recommend Jon and his property. Thank you Jon Lisa and family "
