We made contact with Nicolette through VRBO in January 2023 about the possibility of renting her place for three months but before committing to that agreed we’d stay for a weekend to view (at the normal rental rates). Whilst there for the weekend her daughter popped round to state that they would be in touch about prices (even though they were already on VRBO and instantly bookable). "Lovely flat on a quiet street accessible to all we wanted to see and more. Well appointed with the kitchen items needed, large shower, comfortable beds, and washing machine. We were welcomed by a staff person who offered restaurant suggestions and answered our many questions. This was my personal favorite location of all on our tour of Italy."
