"Warmly welcomed by the lovely Lucia & her husband, her place is perfectly positioned in the central part of Oppido making it very walkable to all the interesting points in the awesome cultural town, the locals are all so hospitable, it was an extreme pleasure to visit my mum‘s hometown. Lucia’s home is lager than expected, 3 double bedrooms & 2 bath rooms, 6 to 10 people could easily stay here, full kitchen & nice courtyard, nothing more needed in this home."

"It was a beautiful room with a stunning view. Wonderful area to walk in and felt very safe. The air conditioning and bright colours were an added touch and the whole experience was delightful. Our proprietor was knowledgeable and recommended some wonderful places to eat. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!!"

"We booked this property at the last minute as our original choice in Tropea was WELL below standard. Gianfranco was very quick to respond and accommodate our suddent change in plans. He readied the house in a few hours for an early check in and even met us in the town piazza to guide us directly to the house. He was an excellent, responsive host. "Not sure I can come up the right words to describe this property. I will give it a try anyhow. Perched on a cliff with priceless 360 degree views of the Mediterranean, views of Sicily, Stromboli island and the lush hills to the east it is a magical spot indeed. Looking down from the no less than four terraces one can see the multiple hues of the water below as well as the private beach. It is a rustic house for sure but that is a part of the appeal. Stairs to the beach are a challenge but well...

"Without question the best resort spa in Villa San Giovanni . This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit . My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea . Restaurant rivals any Michelin restaurant that I’ve been to . "

"We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "
