"We had a group of 6 adults that stayed for 2 nights to attend the Oaklawn Horse Races. Just the right distance to the track. The house is a little dated, but the backyard is beautiful! Manicured lawn and the views were the best! It was perfect for our needs. Very clean too. Would stay again. "

"Location is amazing, cabin is really nice too and cozy. Bed is very cozy and views are amazing.Host is great at responding and helping out.Cleanliness was lacking a lot. The couch had dog hairs all over it. We had cover with picnic blanket to be able to sit on it. Even rugs were dirty.The table on the deck was so dirty it took us 20mins to clean it."

"The cabin was really cute. You will really enjoy it. I don’t think the cabin was cleaned very Well. The fridge was a little dirty. We didn’t have a broom. We stayed 2 nights with 4 people and only had 4 towels. We didn’t have assigned parking so we had to walk because the next door took the spot closer to our cabin. The host was great. The cabin itself was so cute. It was so cold inside because the heater didn’t work well. "

"Communication was great with host. Very attentive. House is beautiful decorated, spacious and clean. It has a lot of amenities. I loved the coffee bar! It is in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing sitting areas you can eat inside or outside. Great views from every place in the house. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub clean. Outside patio with comfy couches. Pool has a safety fence. Overall a wonderful stay. Definitely will book again! "

"Worst stay of our lives. We recently stayed two nights at a Hot Springs Getaways cabin, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.Upon arrival, the keyless entry system did not work, and we were unable to access the cabin for nearly two hours. After finally getting inside, we discovered there was no hot water. When maintenance arrived the next morning, we were told this was a known issue and that the hot water heater should have been fixed weeks prior.For the second night, we were instructed to use a different cabin to shower since ours could not be repaired. However, that cabin ran out of hot water after just one shower, leaving five members of our family without any way to bathe.We were also told we could leave instead of staying the second night, which is not a realistic solution after already planning and paying for the trip.While the company did offer a two-night voucher for a future stay, this was not an acceptable resolution given our experience, and we declined. That does not make up for the inconvenience and lack of basic accommodations. We requested a full refund and we were declined the refund.Overall, this situation showed a lack of preparation, communication, and accountability. We will not be booking with this company again. We cannot, in good faith, recommend them to others and we will be sharing our experience with family and friends. God Bless."

"Lots of Space for multiple family members to enjoy their stay. we enjoyed the firepit and tried fishing in the lake as well. Also close to the wedding venue and town. a very enjoy quiet space to get away"
