"Colonial Inn is showing its age, so you're not going to be wowed by its appearance, but it still appeared maintained and clean. The bed was a bit firm, but pretty good. I'm super picky about pillows and i thought the pillows were okay for a hotel and was able to squish them around to my comfort. The bed linen was nice, non-irritating, WITHOUT any weird smells that some hotels have. For those without issues it's meaningless, but those with sensitivities, the barsoap they are currently stocking doesn't have an overpowering scent and didn't irriate my hands. Staff were friendly. Weeknight stay, so not sure if it's the norm, but it was the quietest hotel we've ever stayed at. The included self-serve breakast was nicely stocked; make your own waffles, toast, couple of cereals, instant oatmeal, muffins, fruit, hard boiled eggs, sausage, granola bars, etc. juices, coffee, tea. Ample sized parking spaces. Secure side doors. Wide array of restaurants within close walking distance. Nice area, just far enough off a main street that it's not loud. Forgot swimsuits, so didn't get to use pool or hot tub."
