"The check in was very quick and we were shown personally to our lovely room which we had booked with a balcony. The owner was so kind and friendly and always on hand should you need anything. The room was big and clean and the location perfect. The kitchen was a lovely bonus. The shower was powerful. The bed was so comfortable and had the best night sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer, it really is the most wonderful area located 1 minute from the beach and all the lovely shops and restaurants of Paihia. Would recommend 100%"

"Probably the best self contained accommodation I’ve stayed in. Beautiful 3 bedroom flat, tastefully furnished.Superb views from the decks overlooking the ocean.Beds comfortable. Shower hot.The cleanest accommodation I’ve ever stayed at.Everything you need has been thought of, washing machine & dryer certainly handy.Friendly greeting on arrival from manager, Debbie.House located on a quiet street.Off road parking.Walking path to Paihia goes past the door.Coffee shop close by that opens at 6.30am.Sailing club a very reasonably priced dinner, vibe is relaxed & friendly.Ferry to Russell in close proximity.Highly recommend."
