1. Trash Disposal

Please take out the trash daily.

The trash bins are located behind the building.

You will find a key on the key ring to open the back door for trash disposal.



2. Respect & Noise

Always be respectful of the neighbors.

Starting at 11:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum.

If you are leaving early in the morning, please do so quietly to avoid disturbing others.



3. Furniture

Do not move furniture or change the layout of the apartment.

Please keep the property in good condition during your stay.



4. Guests & Occupancy

Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay.

No additional visitors are permitted without prior approval.



5. Parties & Substances

No parties, events, or illegal substances are allowed.

If these rules are broken, the booking will be cancelled immediately, and guests will be asked to leave.
