The room and linens were clean, and it was all as advertised, and reasonable value for money. However, it felt a bit neglected: for example, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and one lightbulb flashed on and off for a few minutes each time it was turned on. The hotel is located in an area with a few giant hotels, a major road and some patches of waste ground, some distance from the center of the city. You’d have to take a taxi to go anywhere; it’s not really a walkable neighborhood. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep: clean, safe and efficient. But it’s not special, or especially convenient.

We really don’t recommend staying here. Check in took nearly an hour because no one could find the front desk staff. The air conditioning made the room damp and sticky, and there was mold growing on the walls. Most of the room was in disrepair.

Les chambres sont très propre, mais la dame que j’ai eu à l accueil pas très professionnel et pas assez agréable ! J ai eu l impression quel faisait des préférence sur les clients ! Type européen et les clients algériens entre autres qui viennent de l étranger. Dommage j ai l habitude de prendre l hôtel ibis en Algérie et franchement pour l instant seul celui qui se trouve sur Alger sont au top niveau !!!

L'établissement est super maus demande à être réactualisé au vou de certains équipements qui commencent à être vétuste.... Manque de professionnalisme des agents d'entretien certains travaux sont bâclés ( vis qui déborde sur le pa de porte de la douche , silicone sanitaire étalé vulgairement....etc....

Les chambres n’ont pas été nettoyé le premier jour, j’ai du le signaler le lendemain car nous n’avions plus de papier toilettes, pas de serviettes…. Literie pas très confortable et les équipements pas terrible L’eau de la douche est tiède voir presque froide et le petit déjeuner vraiment bas de gamme. Le personnel est sympathique et dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est propre

Descriptif mensonger, les chambres donnent sur la ROCADE. Bruit infernal jour et nuit. Mauvaises odeurs. Services et personnels non qualifiés en-dessous de zéro. J'ai attendu 40 minutes pour le check-in. Pas un sourire, pas un merci. Une des filles de la réception passe son temps les bras croisés, adossé au mur derrière elle, à regarder dans le vide. Quand elle s'anime, c'est pour avoir des conversations privées sur son téléphone portable alors que des clients lui font face et attendent. Petit déjeuner exécrable. Distributeur de billets en panne. Personne ne répond au téléphone qui sonne toute la journée. Ne répond pas aux mails. Et surtout, quand on est français - avec un passeport français - , tout est teinté d'une condescendance à peine voilée. J'avais réservé de Paris pour 10 jours. Nous sommes partis au bout de 5 nuits. A fuir comme la peste
