Lacking cleaness. Broken recliner. Toilet leaking to the condo beneath. Repairs had to be done during our stay. Rain floodedentry way at front door. Worn door seals on sliding doors. Electrical outlet safty concerns. Arcing outlets.

Great place, beautiful views!

We had a great time, the balcony views are amazing! Very family friendly & everyone very nice. We liked the condo, had everything we needed. Only complaint would be the pull out couch is missing some springs so you can’t use it really but other than that, the furniture is very comfy. We were surprised with an amazing fireworks display on the beach a couple buildings down our last night, wasn’t expecting that! Lots of places to eat & shop in the area. Plenty of chairs & umbrellas to rent everyday. My teens had a great time, everyone was very friendly!

Nice condo, so so management

The condo itself and the Phoenix VI property were very nice. Easy access to not only the beach itself but very close to anything and everything you might need which is a definite plus. Booking the condo was very user friendly which is per norm in my experience with VRBO, however everything booking related after the fact became a major pain in the butt. Received very vague email about “possible construction” on the roof during our stay and became concerned when a different management company advised there would be possible air conditioning shut downs. I returned to my trip page on VRBO to contact BR and noticed a remaining balance owed. Maybe it was my fault for not double checking, but this is not something I have had to do in the past, so I sent a message through VRBO. A week later no response I called BR via the listed 800 number, and navigated my way through a cluster of different options waited on hold (because it is the busy season) and was almost immediately disconnected after an operator finally picked up. Frustrated I started a chat on-line just to be told what I was requesting could not be handled on line and I would have to call the number. Finally got a hold of someone the next day who said and I quote “you’re first mistake was booking through VRBO.” I explained our repeated use of VRBO with no problems until now, which is when he became very helpful and handled everything that needed to be done and answered several of my questions even checking his own email while on the phone with me to make sure I was being given the correct information, if only the whole process had gone smoother I may not have been left with a bad impression. The staff on site were kind, courteous, and helpful and deserve a better management rating however the booking experience kept me from doing so. I wouldn’t doubt that BR at the heart is a good company but maybe it’s gotten a little bit to big for what they are able to handle as the BR operator said “too many cooks in the kitchen.”
