This charming 2-bedroom 2-bathroom beachside condominium sleeps six. Found on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VII’s, the retreat sleeps eight with comfort and style.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Awesome trip with a few minors

Evening Security could be better. Extreme loud music and little to correct problem was done. Rooms above us kept dropping sunflower seeds on our table, then 4 rooms above us were dropping ice cubes on us, then the balcony directly above us started dropping green rubber pieces on the table. All this when we tried to eat out on the balcony. Reported to front desk and they kept doing it. Finally gave up! If we had not traveled from Pennsylvania for a family vacation we would have considered changing locations. Other than a few pots and frying pans that needed replaced was a nice Unit.

Great vacation at Phoenix VII

The condo was very neat and clean and had a great view of the ocean. We had everything we needed during our stay. I will definitely be booking this condo again!
