Awesome Stay for Large Family!

Amazing “Friendcation” Location

Incredible View

View was spectacular. Amenities ok. Hot tubs and saunas were broken. Balcony was awesome but the patio table was horrible- falling apart. Definitely no meals at that table!

Incredible Experience

Pictures did not do the rental justice. Everything was beautiful. Loved the layout and we had plenty of space for four couples. Everything worked as needed. Dishwasher was a little difficult to get cycle started but eventually got it working. Loved the lazy river, indoor pool and hot tubs. Did not make it to the outside pool but it looked very nice. The path to the beach was laid out well.

Wonderful family get away!

Loved our time with you! A highlight was Great Grandmother getting to spend time with her great grandchildren. So fun! We had fun at the beach and the lazy river and slide were the best ever according to our littles! Sunset happy hour on the balcony was the best. The views are simply stunning. The furniture on the balcony was plentiful, but the table is unsafe and the tiles are falling off. It is also incredibly unbalanced so you can't even put a drink on it without falling off. I would recommend replacing it as it takes away from the wonderful unit.

Inside condo

The location, grounds, view and proximity to the beach were excellent. We were, however, very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. The floors left your feet black from the first day, the vents in the bathroom are filthy, and the closet with the beach toys needs a thorough cleaning and sorting. We eventually found the iron after another one was brought over so both are in the laundry room now. The condo is beautiful, but again, everyone in our party was surprised at the dirt.

Mildew in master bath shower and toilet ceiling, porch furniture very worn.

The location is great, the pool area is great (the lazy river was a great hit with the kids), very few treadmills that work in the workout room, the elevators are full throughout the day - need more for such a large complex and there was mold in the master bath (shower ceiling and toilet area ceiling). the porch furniture was very worn and some unusable.

Nice place needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo. Very spacious and convenient to everything we needed. Some things were very dated. Several of the dining room chairs were broken, one collapsed when first sat on. Luckily only minor injury. The bar stools were very sketchy too. They have several laps with no where to plug in without running cord across room. We never could get into the secure WiFi and host never got back to us. There was an unsecured one we could use. This was pretty expensive place, we expected a little better. Also, there were 4 hangers in whole place and a lot of junk in closets, broken shades that blocked some of the view. Again, nice space but needed some updates.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the best part! Gorgeous, we love the location and the condo on it's own. Right on the beach! The only issue we had was the parking. It was advertised and we were also informed by Sunset Properties that we would only have to pay $55 for the parking pass. The pass covered up to two cars and the whole time we stayed. However that was not the case! It was $52 per car so we had to pay a total of $104 for two cars. When I reached out to sunset Properties they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I lost $52.Sunset Properties also didn't try to make it right. They couldn't and wouldn't refund me or offer anything to make up for it. Nor did they apologize for their mistake. On the other hand eveything else was great!

Decked out!!!!

Fall break with friends. None of us had considered Alabama as a vacation destination… but this property, the beach, and local area have changed our minds. The property was awesome! Parking, check in, condo, pools, (lazy river!) and white soft sand were great. The waves, water temperature, and weather were perfect for the end of September! No issues with seaweed or rocky sand either. As far as the condo, 2121, we were so impressed with the balcony! I mean, absolutely gorgeous views. We were on the west side facing the sunset each night. You could hear the waves crashing from up there! It was so spacious that all 9 of us could comfortably be out there together. We would have pre-booked for next year- however, the 4th bedroom had a full size bed. If it was a queen or king we would not hesitate. The place had everything! A huge pantry/kitchen fully loaded. This condos furnishing aren’t as fancy as others we considered, but with 3 kids we felt way more comfortable in a place like this. Also, in the hall closet there’s tons of beach toys and boogie boards. Cons: And we’re being nitpicky…. Slow dryer (2-3 rounds til dry) 4th bedroom bed too small/uncomfortable) Blinds in living room broken (not a big deal) Broken rocking chair on deck.

Reviewer Comments: A little outdated compared to other condos we have stayed at Cleanliness was not the best upon arrival The owner was fairly prompt with response to my many questions However, condo was huge and had an absolutely beautiful viewLoved the patioThe hide a bed was awful so wouldn’t plan on anyone actually sleeping on it I would also recommend at least 2 double beds instead of twins
