This is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo that has light beige floor tiles and walls. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a light color wood headboard, a pair of two-drawer nightstands, a white wood and woven wicker cabinet that holds a television and a VCR, and a five-drawer dresser. The bathroom has the standard amenities. The kitchen has all the standard major appliances. At the breakfast bar are two white wood stools with cushioned seats. The glass dining table is on a white wood stand and there are four matching chairs that have green seat cushions. Furniture in the living area includes a couch and armchair with an ottoman that share a colorful sea shell patterned fabric, a desk and a chair, a white wood end table and a second end table of rattan and white woven wicker that matches the coffee table, and a dark green recliner armchair. A very large, distressed ivory color wood cabinet unit with shelves contains a flat screen television, combination DVD/VCR player, and a stereo system.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
