The pictures are very deceiving. The property and the unit are very run-down.
No problem renting the property. Check-in was a disaster!! Had to wait for someone at the registration desk. When she did get there, she was with a co-worker and they were laughing and talking. She said she had to make a quick trip to the restroom. I waited more than 15 minutes for her long bathroom break and that was only after I noticed the time. It was much longer. Property was very run down. Unit was terrible. It was unkept (wallpaper taped to the wall, chunks taken out of corners of the walls, paint was mismatched, furniture had a moldy feeling). There was very loud partying going on and when I finally called downstairs, security was called, which resulted in about 15 minutes of quiet then it started back again until early morning hours. Brett-Robinson was wonderful and when they were told of our experiences, they immediately moved us to another unit in another property. That property was perfect and the unit was fabulous! Can’t say enough good about them!!
