The hot tub will be closed beginning May 15th for the summer season. Beginning late October 2025-early March 2026 major construction will be occurring at the East building. There will be noise and dust. There will be parts of the parking lot that will be used for equipment.***

Condo was very nice and clean. We really liked being on the first floor with the view. We will stay here again. Beach Ball Properties were very helpful with everything!

It's an older unit that needs a little TLC. There is a musty smell when you walk in. The unit is next to the entry door and elavator so there was constant noise.
