  • Imagine yourself, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a sunrise or sunset from our large, private wrap around beachfront balcony. Watch the dolphins play in the emerald waters of the Gulf of America, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or just do nothing at all. Relax - you're on vacation!

    Our 12th floor east corner unit at Phoenix III has new paint and tile throughout. It is very spacious and has breathtaking gulf front views from the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The master has a king bed and its own bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans and TVs are in each bedroom and in the living room. The unit is fully equipped, including washer and dryer.

    The building has everything to ensure that you have a memorable vacation: indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor racquetball courts and an exercise room. There are 2 elevators and ample carts and buggies to use for loading and unloading. The complex is a no smoking building.

    Parking passes must be purchased by guest ($65/car per stay). 2 cars maximum are allowed per unit. No exceptions.
