    The Space:

    Welcome to Admirals Quarters 1207!



    Upon entering the unit, you will see the first bedroom the right. This room features 2 twin beds, large TV with satellite cable, large closet, and large full bathroom with a tub shower combo.



    Directly across from the living room, the king suite features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, TV with satellite cable, and dresser. This room also has directly balcony access!



    You will see the laundry room located on the left sided wall with large washer and dryer.



    The kitchen features upscale appliances/fixtures, microwave, 12 cup drip pot, toaster, blender, and all cooking essentials.



    The living room consists of a large couch (with pullout queen sleeper) and 3 chairs for tons of seating! This room has direct access to the balcony and breathtaking beach views!



    Guest Access:

    Guest will have access to everything inside the unit and private balcony views! Guest will also have access to the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, and beach!!!



    Interaction with Guests:

    Orange Beach Life Property Management will be available to assist each guest before, during, and after their stay.

I don’t know where to begin!! Thomas was hands on from the time I booked my stay( last minute) until the day we left. The condo is perfectly located on the beach with a gulf view and it’s on the 12th floor super quiet too. If you’ve not booked through Orange Beach Life with Thomas you are missing out!! Our stay exceeded anything I could have picked!! Will definitely stay with IBL again

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Admirals Quarters! Thomas was an excellent host and was very responsive. There was an incident causing the loss of electricity for floors 9-15 and Thomas responded immediately, provided updates as he received them and made arrangements for us to stay in a different condo for two days until the electricity was restored as soon as he was notified it would be out for at least a day. While the other condo was nice, we were very glad to return to Admirals Quarters. It’s a very family friendly place with excellent views and beach access. The condo itself was spacious with high ceilings and lots of light. We will definitely book another stay at Admirals Quarters with Thomas in the future.
