Imagine yourself every morning sipping your coffee and enjoying the view from your Private Balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has 9ft. ceilings and the Owner has recently added New Tile throughout. You can also enjoy the fantastic view right from the Living Area and Master Bedroom with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo for your convenience.

You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Location was amazing! The beach was beautiful and sitting on the patio each morning and e evening was such a great view! But, it needs some updating especially in the second bedroom and bathroom. Things were fairly clean but I think it needs a deep clean. The only other issue was waiting for the elevator but you’re on vacay so just enjoy! The parking pass was a HUGE plus! Great restaurants around the area!

Great place
Perfect spot for the beach. Walk right out the boardwalk and that white Sandy beach was there. Our indoor pool and hot tubs were under renovation and we had to go next door, which was an inconvenience. And the maids needed to do a little more cleaning (bathroom drawers and cabinets and under couch), but other than that, it was so very clean. Definately a place to go back to!!

Great Stay
My family and in-laws enjoyed this property for a little weekend getaway. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was excellent! The owner’s parking spot was a definite perk; very convenient. The only issue we had was at check in, the code to the door wouldn’t work. I called the customer service number and they had reset within minutes. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very clean and fun place to stay. My only complain would be the balcony furniture. Only 3 chairs and a very unstable table. We enjoyed it nonetheless!
