· The fully equipped kitchen has custom built cabinets with new stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops to make your stay feel like home.

· Living room decorated with coastal decor has all new furniture, queen sofa sleeper, 60" wall mounted smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and Yamaha sound system.

· The dining area has a wood table with four seats and two additional stools at a wide breakfast bar. Meals can also be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the pool while enjoying spectacular views of the beach and watching boats enter and exit the Gulf of Mexico through Perdido Pass.

· Master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress, built-in dresser in closet, 60" wall mounted smart TV and direct balcony access.

· The beautiful master bath features extended custom cabinets with two sinks, quartz countertops, large framed mirror and a bathtub / shower combination with glass doors.

· Bedroom 2 has two comfortable full-size beds with new mattresses, built-in dresser in the closet, 60" ceiling mounted smart TV and in-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a single sink vanity with quartz counters, large framed mirror, and a bathtub /shower combination with glass doors.

· In the hallway you will find the full-sized stackable washer and dryer.
