✸Bathrooms: The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bath features a tub with shower. Both baths provide full size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Plenty of luxury towels, hand towels and washcloths.

✸ Balcony: Expansive balcony with multiple seating areas. Cushioned couch with swivel chairs, end tables and coffee table; two cushioned loungers.

✸Beach Gear: An entire balcony closet filled with beach gear. Four+ beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and beach toys and tons more. Plenty of plush full size beach towels.

✸ Kitchen: Beautiful and spacious fully stocked kitchen including both Keurig and Drip coffee makers, blender, crock pot, toaster and more. Refrigerator with in-the-door filtered water and ice.

✸65-inch smart TV in the main room. Large TVs in each bedroom

✸Laundry: Full size washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

✸Infant/Toddler Gear - Pack-n-Play, Hook-On Highchair, bathmat, toddler dishes and silverware.

✸All of the dishes, drinkware and serving dishes you may need, including adult beverage glasses.



🔑Check-in is a breeze with a unique smart lock door code created for each guest. No need to keep track of keys on the beach!



🚘🚘 Our condo is allowed to have a maximum of two vehicles. Parking passes can be purchased at the guard station at the entrance of the complex. Passes are $50 per vehicle and are valid for the duration of your stay. A listing of additional off-site parking options can also be provided upon request.



There is plenty of parking in the open parking lot at the rear of the building.



🏊‍♀️Pool and jacuzzi are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.



Second Floor Direct Gulf Front Condo. Overlooking the outdoor pool and boardwalk to the beach.



Centrally located in Orange Beach and great restaurants within walking distance. A short drive or bike ride to the Gulf Shores State Park.



📜 Prior to arrival we will send a pre-arrival welcome letter. The letter will provide all the details of your reservation. To assist with planning and packing, the letter includes a link to a complete inventory of stocked items in the condo. The pre-arrival letter also includes links to listings of our favorite restaurants and suggested activities.



📕Inside the condo is a welcome binder. The binder includes house rules, dining suggestions, attractions & activities, shopping options, and more.
