Kick back and enjoy gorgeous gulf views from the balcony in this completely renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Phoenix X! This unit has been completely renovated and is perfect for the whole family, and comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master, 2 full beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper. This unit is located on the 11th floor, with direct gulf views. Phoenix X condominium is located in a great location approximately 10 miles east of Hwy 59, in Orange Beach, Alabama. The balcony features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located beside Flora Bama.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Location was great. Areas within the condo needed cleaning (rug, sofa, floor). There was sand all over the floors, we noticed when walking barefoot on arrival. I recommend kitchen pantry getting a deep clean or re-painted.

We stay at Phoenix X often, but we have never stayed at this condo. I’m all about the aesthetics, & this condo was decorated beautifully. I loved the details. Bathrooms are beautiful, bedrooms were comfortable, everything was light and bright. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own pots/pans & spices. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This was our first ‘snow bird’ winter away. I had no idea what to expect in a condo, and I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this one. I have zero complaints. It is just as lovely as the pictures on the website display. It was clean, more than enough space, great outdoor furniture, and very comfortable beds. I loved that Florabama was right next door. We plan on going again next year. On a 0-10 scale, I’d give it a 10.

Family time

Our family trip was wonderful! The weather was beautiful and we had a great time flying kites and playing in the waves! This condo was beautifully decorated with soft blues and white, just like a beach condo should be. It was extremely comfortable! The only thing that needs to be addressed is the balcony doors. They are very difficult to open and close! I doubt my 80 year old parents would be able to without help. Besides that it was a perfect condo! Thank you! Stephanie Barnes

It was a great stay! The only issue was needing more kitchen supplies-additional pots, sizes and cooking utensils. We are a family that likes to cook even when on vacation. Otherwise no complaints!

Orange Beach Vacay

Everything about our stay was excellent! We were within walking distance of Floribama Bar and Restaurant. The beach was not overcrowded and consisted mostly of families which is what we were looking for. The elevator wait time was reasonable unlike some of the properties we have stayed at previously. The only downfall was that housekeeping showed up a few minutes before the 10:00 am checkout time which had us rushing a bit. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Hole in the wall in the master bath. One salad fork and one other fork in the cutlery drawer.It was obvious that the owner considered this unit a money maker and not a place that they would stay.
