Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach II.' Our condo is the perfect romantic get away for 2, or a fun visit for a small family (2 adults & 2 small children) retreat. You will simply love the white sugar sands of Orange Beach! Our condo is located on the 1st floor of the building on the left side of the Sugar Beach parking entrance. We have taken great pride in updating the beachy interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you.

Our cozy beach side Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable wicker queen sized bed for a restful night's sleep. There is also a new sofa that converts to a shorter in length double bed, and a chair for relaxing while watching the 43'' HDTV with MediaCom Cable access. There is ample space for your clothing with a full size closet, a chest of drawers and a nightstand. The bathroom is serene and stocked with many amenities. Our kitchen is very vibrant and fully equipped with a single serve coffee maker that accepts kcups and has a reusable filter for grounds, toaster, and everything you need, making it a joy to prepare meals, or a romantic dinner! For your dining indoors there are 2 bar stools at the bar and 3 nesting tables by the sofa to be used as individual tables.

The balcony is accessible from the living area and provides beautiful relaxing side views of the gulf and beach from our relaxing outdoor patio set. Enjoy dining outdoors, having coffee or tea, or taking in the beach views, and realize there's no other place you'd like to be! Additionally, our vacation home has FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a covered entry, covered parking, and luggage carts are available to assist in loading and unloading your vehicle. A $35 parking pass is required, which you must obtain and pay exact cash for at the guard house upon arrival. It is good for the duration of your stay. This is a non-smoking unit.

Perfect getaway condo

A quick fall break getaway

Lovely stay!

My fiancé and I had an awesome time. The room was cozy, A/C worked amazing, the bed was super comfy. The two pools were awesome. Super easy access to the beach. We would definitely keep this condo in our top stay list in Orange Beach!

What a wonderful stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Everything was so relaxing. We walked out to the beach every day. The drains in the parking area definitely need to be improved, though, but I understand that the property has been dealing with the city, so no fault of theirs. I will highly recommend

Convenient Access to both the Beach & Biking

The property was just as described & pictured. For the price paid, it was perfect for us; we would book again in the future. The property has easy access to the beach by walking through the property (with restrooms and a seasonal snack bar) and an entry point (Rosemary Dunes) to the hiking & biking trails of Gulf State Park located across the four lane highway.

Great Deal

The first thing you notice when walking into the room is the pleasant smell. The room is very clean and as is shown in the pictures. I stayed a few days after memorial day. The price was better than the hotels in the area and the building was right on the beach. Over all great deal!

Little getaway

Im a single mom to two girls. This little studio was perfect for us. The price was very affordable as well. Definitely recommend and communication with owners was very easy. This is the 2nd time ive stayed at sugar beach. Different owner each time. They have a guard for check in and they also walk around the parking area and the hallways.

First vacation in about 5years

We had a great time in Orange Beach.. Our condo was clean and it was quiet.. We were disappointed that our elevator wasn’t working. 😩 I have had a knee replacement and I needed the elevator. We could use the elevator on the other end of the condominiums but it was a long way to carry things and a long walk . But I would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a beachfront experience at a reasonable price.

Good value but bring essentials

Host was very responsive with any questions. Easy to check in. Prime location as far as the complex. Room is pretty far from the beach but this seems to be normal for this area. Bring essentials there was 1 roll of toilet paper, no shampoo. Limited amount of towels but they do have small washer dryer combo. 3 pools and a kids pool to choose from. Nice white sandy beach. No seaweed in this area atleast while we were there. Chore list seems excessive but this seems to be the trend with Vrbo.

The Birthday Vacay

There were pros and cons to my stay. We were celebrating a birthday and the beach location from where we stayed was very important. We were very pleased with the closeness to the Gulf and the multiple pools. I was not pleased with the outdated condo that I thought was a one-bedroom but was a studio with one bed with spread, and pillows, in the center of the studio apartment, the chair, and sofa bed, looked like they were purchased in the 20th century. The appearance of the hallways (pipes with chipped paint, hanging lower than what they should have been) and the sturdiness of the elevator (didn't work) left a lot to be desired, the sliding glass partition was rusted and hard to open, and last but not least the towels, rugs, and hand towels in the bathroom were very worn and should be replaced as soon as possible. We had a great time visiting the beach and the pools, and eating at a variety of restaurants in the area, in spite of the issues in our condo.

We had a great trip and this was the perfect place for us! Great location, right on the beach and close to many great places to eat. The condo was super clean and fit everything we needed. We will be back for sure.
