One parking pass is included with your reservation. You can purchase an additional parking pass for $30 plus tax. Additional parking passes may be available during certain times of the year. If you need a pass for a third vehicle you can purchase this onsite at the Building front desk (subject to parking availability). Parking pass fees may change at any time without notice.

LOCATION
This condo is located on the bay in Orange Beach, but a very short walk, bike ride, trolley ride, or you can even drive over to the beach! At Caribe you get to enjoy the best of all worlds in Orange Beach! Bay, boating and beach life!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* Oversized vehicles and trailers *may* be allowed if overflow parking is available. please contact our office to confirm.
* No smoking allowed except in special designated areas outside the condo unit.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by onsite security.
* All HOA rules must be always followed. Please review your rental agreement with us and posted HOA rules in the elevator.
