Located in the heart of Orange Beach on Marina Road next door to the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club and Orange Beach Marina this condo is every boater's dream. Walk next door to Fishers or across the street to Tacky Jacks for lunch or dinner. Put your boat in the water on Cotton Bayou using the private boat launch on property and you are just minutes away from family fun at the local islands or a day full of fishing in the Gulf. (no boat trailer parking on property, see below for other options) The boat slips are first come first serve. This complex has 22 boat slips and a fish cleaning station along with a large swimming pool with a covered gazebo and BBQ grills. Bring your bikes to hop on the communities family friendly sidewalks that take you to the beach or the back country trail. Just a two minute drive to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, where you will have your toes in the sand in no time.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of full over full bunks.

There is covered parking for two cars. No more than two cars are allowed at during a guest stay.

BOAT SLIPS are NOT available to guests on Memorial Weekend, the week of July 4th, (Blue Angels Weekend - July 11/12 2025) or Labor Day weekend.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
