    All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

    Located in a fully renovated low-density beachfront complex,the condo offers modern finishes, comfortable luxury, and a relaxing atmosphere ideal for couples or solo travelers. Coastal Calm was better than advertised! Clean, beautiful ocean and beach view from the picture patio door/window!! Everything was perfect! Parking could be better but that’s not the fault of VRBO or the host. Overall 10/10!!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The space was clean, comfortable, and just minutes from the beach. It was also conveniently located near some of the best restaurants in the area. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed information.The only downside—which was completely outside of the host's control—was that parking could be limited at times because people who weren't staying on the property would use the lot. Also, one of the elevators went out of service halfway through our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place close to the beach, I highly recommend it!
