Emerald Paradise! Phoenix IX unit 909 Orange Beach

This is it! Your dream beach getaway in one of the most luxurious condominiums on Orange Beach. Our 2 bed/3 full bath condo is uniquely situated on the private northeast corner of the Phoenix IX building on the 9th floor. Your balcony faces north, giving you panoramic views of Ole River, Ono Island, waves crashing in the gulf and beautiful sunsets directly from your large covered balcony. Take a dip in the the HUGE heated indoor pool and hot tubs or the beautiful beachside outdoor pool. There are even 2 kiddie pools for the little ones. Other amenities include a large climate controlled indoor Tennis court, fitness center, 3 large flat screen Samsung Smart TV's, Dish Network for Live sports, and fresh Beach Décor. Our location is perfect as it is walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama (0.3 miles) where you can see live music 7 days a week, rent watersports and enjoy great food. The Phoenix IX is directly on the beach. There are no roads to cross, just a quick elevator ride and there you are. Also, the Phoenix IX is NOT a crowded Condominium. About half the residents are owners and the other half rent which makes for a relaxing time at the pool and beach even though you are close to everything. This unit is self managed by our family so you will have 24/7 access to us to make sure your stay is a dream.

Note: The Phoenix IX does charge a $50 one time parking fee for each vehicle up to 2 vehicles in their parking garage for your entire stay. Additional parking spots are subject to availability and determined by the front desk staff.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Trash bags should be taken to the trash chute at west end of your floor. Put trash down the chute, boxes can be placed on the floor in the trash chute room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful snowbird experience at Phoenix IX

We had a marvelous “staycation” at Phoenix IX. Our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Setting dates & handbook provided made our arrival, time spent, & departure effortless! Condo owner was wonderful & checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that would make our stay more enjoyable. The staff & acquaintances we met were so “Alabama friendly” which made us feel very welcomed. We can’t wait for our next stay! Thank you very much, Kevin!

VRBO Paradise

This condo is in a very nice complex with a beautiful beach. While it doesn’t really have ocean view, it’s a great property. The owner/property manager is awesome-very easy to email/text with and the whole process from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless.

Perfect Spring Break vacation!

This is a beautiful, big two bedroom condo that’s in a great location in Orange Beach. I was worried I would miss an ocean front view, but my kids loved watching the boats on the bay from the balcony. Both bedrooms and the living space is comfortable. Loved our stay here!

Gorgeous and spacious condo, perfect location

The online description and photos, while impressive, still didn't do this condo justice in person. We were thrilled with the size of the condo, and the smart layout of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and huge balcony (which can be accessed from the living room or primary bedroom.) The space was exceptionally clean and had everything you'd need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo building itself was easy to access. We never had to wait for an elevator, staff and security guard were friendly and helpful, and the location - literally steps off the beach - was ideal. The owner provided all relevant information and could not have been more communicative or helpful both before and during our stay. In fact, our family has such a great time, we booked another stay before we even checked out! We're already looking forward to our return.

Condo was just as advertised. Clean, roomy and beautiful view!! You are close to everything you need but feels like you are away from it all. Beach was not crowded and the elevators are fast!! Much needed vacation!

Great location for relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay despite the rainy weather. Overall the condo was great! The only issue we had was not being able to open the blinds and patio door in the primary bedroom but we were able to access the balcony from the spacious main room. The Phoenix IX is in a great location but I wish there were cameras in the parking garage to be able to hold drivers responsible for hitting parked cars, a member of our group found their car had been damaged as we were checking out.
