No check-in is required. Go directly to the your condo with an updated keyless entry. Our guests enjoy the keyless door entry as there are no keys to mess with. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our condo!

This direct Gulf front condo has amazing views of the entire beach and the sounds of the waves are quite relaxing anytime of the day!

This one bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, convertible queen size sleeper sofa and two hall bunks.

The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). The 'Wharf' is also less than 3 miles away from the condo.

Wi-Fi only worked intermittently. Service techs came music week but couldn’t fix it so we were forced to just deal with resetting the router every 15-20 mins. Shower curtain had to be replaced by owner as it had mold growing on it. Pool and beach front were nice.

This was an excellent choice for our family of 3! We would highly recommend it. Tammy was fantastic and answered any questions quickly. Beach access is short walk. Relatively small condo so elevators are never delayed unlike the bigger ones. Would definitely return

My family as a whole loved our stay. It is a great location on the beach and a great view from the balcony! The place was really clean and tidy! Mrs. Tammy communicated very well and even called and checked on us to make sure we were good! It was perfect and we have no complaints at all!!

Great Vacation Week!

Love the condo and it was perfect for our family size. The owner was great to work with and booking was a breeze! The condo is centrally located and easy to get to. Elevators worked great and staff on hand constantly keeping grounds clean. Will return!
