VACATION TIME !!!!
We have a beautiful, comfortable condo waiting for you to relax, enjoy the best views and spend your vacation in a fabulous beach setting. With 3 bedrooms, there is room for family and friends. WE OFFER a 4 NIGHT SPECIAL...SPRING thru FALL ( be sure to request those rates *see notes) for those who can't spend a full week.
Our huge deck overlooks the pool, and the BEST view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass...water views all around. There are plenty of great restaurants in Orange Beach and neighboring Gulf Shores, golf courses, shopping, and a choice of grocery stores. Fun places for kids, nightly music for the family and teens at The Hangout in Gulf Shores, fishing and good ole fashioned beach walking.
We have a well equipped kitchen, boogie boards and sand chairs for your convenience.

Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean, fully furnished with EVERYTHING anyone would need for a stay! We really enjoyed the view of the Pass and watching all the boats. Nancy was great to work with and very prompt & thorough in all communications. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation

Great location-enjoyed watching the boats in the Pass, very clean, well stocked kitchen had everything one would need to make meals for my family, comfortable beds, Nancy was great to work with and very informative on places to go in the area. Overall a wonderful vacation for my family!

Early May getaway

Three friends celebrating our 50th year since high school graduation. ( actually used the time to complete our reunion plans). Perfect beach days, shopping time and restaurant meals. We’ve stayed at Grand Pointe many times and always enjoy it. We are recommending Tin Top, Coastal and Jesse’s on the Bay for great food.

Great family vacation!

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views and fully stocked with everything you need. Nancy was a wonderful host that stayed in communication with us. Grand Pointe is our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach!

Another Great Trip in GP 211!

Bill and Nancy's wondeful condo is always a great stay! We had so much fun - if you can think of needing it, they already have it there. The amenities make the stay a breeze. The condo has beautiful views of Perdido Pass and the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, too! I would highly recommend, and we will be back!

Great Time with Convenience

This condo was as advertised, maybe even bigger than the pictures make it look. Ample room for a family of 5, and the location was great for fishing, hanging out at the beach, and a short drive some of the excellent local restaurants. Inshore charters is across the street!

Great Location in Orange Beach

We had a great time on Spring Break at Grand Pointe. Nancy and Bill are great with information, mailing the check in packet, and supplies/amenities in the condo. Super clean, spacious for our family of five. Great view, pools, location right next to the pass. Highly recommended!

Spectacular views from this condo

Loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, homey, everything we needed was there. Indoor pool is so warm! View from the balcony is second to none! We watched dolphins, pelicans, boats in the pass, etc. Don’t miss the sunrise from this balcony!Quick, easy access to pool and beach. Centrally located, yet not in a super busy area. We felt very safe in and around the area.Owner very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely book this one again!

Beach, Music and majestic memories made at Grand Pointe

We were so impressed with this property. The beach access, the views, close proximity to everything you will need. It was probably the cleanest property we have ever rented. The property owners are great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a group getaway. We will definitely return!

Excellent Property ON the Beach!

The condo was beautiful and exceeded expectations from the minute we entered. Beautiful, sweeping views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass, this is a must stay location! The condo is wonderfully furnished, with updated furniture such as a 6 person dining room table that allowed our whole family to sit for meals. We walked the short distance to the beach where hundreds of shells were waiting and also enjoyed the hot tubs and heated indoor pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! We highly recommend and will be back next year!!

We had some difficulty checking in because we hadn't received the parking pass and mailbox key beforehand. We were able to check in by contacting the cleaning person. The condo is excellent! It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and appliances. The deck is spacious and the deck furniture is excellent.

Excellent Location and Amenities for a Short and Sweet Trip!

Considering we had limited time to vacation over Thanksgiving break, I’m grateful that we were allowed to reserve two nights. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and we could not have asked for a better location at the pass. The views were amazing. Traveling with kids, we really appreciated the heated indoor pool and the short walk to the beach. Before our arrival, Nancy texted me to welcome us and to thank us for our stay as we were leaving. She was quick to respond and get help when we locked ourselves out (Huge thanks to Weldon for his quick and friendly service!). Bill and Nancy were wonderful hosts! We plan on making this vacation a yearly Thanksgiving tradition!

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

Owners were in contact from start to finish which was much appreciated. Unit was very clean and comfortable with elegant decor. Everything in unit worked. Had a small issue with the shower faucet and was taken care of as soon as I informed owner. This condo is stocked with all utensils you may need as well as extra pillows and blankets. The view of the pass and gulf is absolutely stunning. Located right above the pool was helpful especially when you have kids. With the pool being right below I thought it might get a little noisy but it was never an issue. The building is gated so felt very safe. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and will plan on returning. Thank you!!!

Home away from home! Just a feeling!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is a little hard to find because it's tucked away and hidden from the street but once you find it you will be so glad you did! It was the perfect spot and an even better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the pass. Parking wasn't too bad either. The best hosts ever! When I say about their business...I have rented many condos in Gulf Shores but this was our first in Orange Beach. Ms. Nancy made it too easy! I had no questions. She covered Everything! I have never been to a condo where you only had to bring your own food cause literally everything was there for our convenience. We never treat our stays with disrespect and always try to leave it as we find it. Just being here made you feel like it was your home. The hospitality was 10 out of 10! Don't second guess it...choose this sweet gem! You won't regret your decision! Thank you Ms. Nancy we will be back!
